REST API returns 500 sometimes

Hello,
We experience some 500 sometimes with the REST API https://ourslug.prismic.io/api/v2
The latest situation is today at 15:07 CES we had 2K requests failed with 500 and all returns to normal in few seconds without doing anything.

How can we investigate ?

In order to investigate this issue can you provide us with some screenshots of the errors as well as the exact timestamps of those errors.

I just figured out that there are 503 also with your HTML error message :

I've created an issue in our issue tracker and forwarded it to our production team and we will get back to once we get some more info.

We have got some info about this issue from our production team, in fact, this was an outage on the platform and we have reported the issue on status.prismic.io and it when back to normal a while after.

Please let us know if you experience this issue again.
