We made a mistake and updated a content structure on accident and need to revert the changes. Is it possible to revert a content structure back?

Your documents have a history page where you can check the versions. Learn more here:
If it were your Custom Types, it'd depend if you're using Slice Machine or the Legacy Editor.
Slice Machine allows you to version your content modeling, this isn't possible with the Legacy Editor.
