Rich Text Field restriction not working

Hello,

I have a slice with a Rich Text field that is restricted to only accept h2 or h3. But upon using it in the page builder, the restriction is not working, it is still accepting all the rich text options like paragraph, h1 etc.

I am pretty sure it was working last week. Is there any reported bug about it or is there any recent change in the page builder that could cause this issue?
