Setting media 'Private notes' field in an import

We're doing a large import, with hundreds of media items, and would like to explicitly set the 'Private notes' field on media items within the import, so as to help editors later search for specific media within the imported assets.

Is there a way of setting values for this field within our Import JSON? I can only see alt and credits properties within the media JSON objects when exporting, and don't really want to use those fields for this purpose.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Private notes are only visible in the Media library. It's not part of the API. Unfortunately, It's not possible to add private notes in the JSON and import the file.
