I am trying to create a page slug that has never been used before (i.e.,there is no archived or live page with the same slug), but I'm unable to do so. I get the error: "This value is already used by another page document." Any thoughts on why this might be happening or where a rogue page might be living? Thanks!
Hi @astock, Prismic saves all previous UID (slug) values for a given document. This way if the UID value is changed, old links aren’t broken. You can read more about this here and also find out how you can unlock old UID values so that they can be reused:
