Updating alt text of images

Hey @peter2, similarly to this feature request: I18n for Media Assets Alternative Text, this is only possible by setting the alt name when uploading the image. After that, you need to make changes manually. If you update the global alt of the image, the changes will be reflected only in fields where you re-add the image from the Media Library.
