We currently have a yearly Starter plan for one of our repositories and I would like to upgrade this repository to a Medium plan starting now (even though my annual subscription for the Starter plan started in April).
How can I do that? I found how I could create a new repository with the Medium plan but not how I can upgrade my current repository.

Can you please share with us your repository name, and I will forward that to our Sales team? (you can share that in a private message).
I have checked with our sales team, and it turns out that only the repository owner can do the upgrade by going to the Plans & Billing option on the Settings. You will be charged with the difference from what you had already paid for the current plan.
