BUG: pages disappear but uid is still taken

Hi prismic team,

we have a weird issue, where we publish a page, yet after some time it is no longer online and cannot be found in prismic either.
The uid is still taken thought, as you can see here:

In this case, the page "ortlieb" was created, disappeared after a while and was no longer online, yet another page with the same uid could not be published.

For the moment this is the solution to this: What to do when a UID value is already in use by another document I know this isn’t ideal and I agree it can be frustrating so I’m tagging the @features-team to make them aware of this. Hopefully, we can discuss improving UID management in the future as a better solution to this. If/when we make any changes in this process we’ll give an update here. Thanks!
