The ctrl + s command to save the document does not work on windows after an image is added or replaced. The command does work again if somethings else in the same document is changed. UI looks correct. The button text changes correctly to Save after replacing / adding an image.

The ctrl + s command doesn't work only for images or either thing too? Could you please share a screen recording with us? We don't use Windows to reproduce the issue.

The bug also happens if the increment buttons in a numbers field are clicked.
Maybe a focus issue?
Why don't you test your stuff on windows?
