[ Bug Report ] New fields do not appear in UI if placed above an existing field in a new tab

Reproduction:
In a custom type, if you have a non-main tab with a field, and you try to add a field above it, it will not show. However it gets added into the JSON definition.

Workaround:
Edit the JSON to remove it and add new fields below existing fields.
