Bug: Tab in document broken if the name contains ampersand

The tabs in content editor environment do not work anymore if the name contains an ampersand.

The tab "SEO & Metadata" stopped working all of a sudden:

The link for "SEO & Metadata" points to this address:

which redirects to

/builder/pages/ZvwBKRIABCEAjuKo?section=SEO+&+Metadata=

But I can't access the tab.

It looks like this has been fixed and the query parameter looks like this:
