Clearer UI label for "ghosts" (ex: "Deactivated user")

Feature Idea (one per thread):
Labeling a deactivated user as "Ghost" is not intuitive; make it obvious! Ideally it would say who the user was and that they're deactivated: Dan Duett (Deactivated). If that's not possible, there should at least be a clear term.

Issue that it solves:
When less familiar see that a document was last edited by "Ghost," they have no idea what it means. Clarity would give them more confidence/comprehension of Prismic and reduce questions from editors to developers.

@dan.duett Thanks for this suggestion! This is a really thoughtful idea. I'll submit this as a feature request, and follow up if we have any movement on this.

Just a thought - if someone has to leave work due to health issues, or worse, dies, and their deactivated edits are listed as being done by "Ghost", that risks coming across as being very insensitive...
