Im trying to remove the "News" tab from the navigation Menu. As well as archive the content in that page itself.
How do I go about that?

There is likely a document in your Prismic repository with a name like "Menu", "Configuration", "Settings", or "Nav". In that document you should be able to edit this information.
If you're having trouble, I would recommend asking the developer who built your project or an admin in your repository, as they should have a better understanding of how your nav menu is managed.
