Export zip file can not be open

Hello, we are unable to open the zip file from the export.
We have tried with many zip clients they all throw an error:
Unable to expand (error 1 - operation not permitted) or error unknown.

  • Update
    It seems the file exported is always empty! (project is not)

This is urgent!

Thanks for the pointer, I tried this and it says the zipfile is empty, which makes sense as it only has 22bytes...

So I guess I need to ask why am I always getting an empty zip from the project (it is obviously not)?

Ok, Seems like I had to click the done button and regenerate the export file.
It is now working.
