Facing issue with pushing updates on Prismic

I am unable to push new updates and slices to Prismic and I am getting this error -

[push] An error occurred while purging slice folder - please contact support.

I have tried many solutions that we mentioned on the Prismic forum but the issue persists -

• Installed the same project in different locations to replicate a different environment.
• Reinstalled the node modules.
• I have tried restarting the server after updating the mocks. Then run prismic logout and prismic login . Then try pushing the slice to Prismic.
• I have tried clearing the cookies

Hi @anu. Is the image you provided of slice machine? If so, then you're running a pretty old version. I recommend updating the current version and seeing if the issue persists.

Hi @Levi it's client's setup and they are reluctant to update the version. Can you please let me know if there is any solution for this issue in this version?

@anu Sorry, that's a really old, unsupported version. I don't think there is anything we can do to help if they are unwilling to try updating the version of slice machine.
