Fields with numeric data

Hello,

When I enter fields with numeric data the numbers on the right of the keyboard don't work. I have to use the numbers above the alpha. And yes my NUM LOCK is on and the numbers work in every other field.

This issue is annoying because to fill in numeric data I have to use the numbers placed above the letters which is time consuming.

Anybody can help me?

Unable to input number in number field with keypad

Well I’ve tried to reproduce the issue with a keyboard with a numpad on chrome Version 83.0.4103.106 but is seems to be working fine. Can you try to update your browser or try another browser? if that doesn’t solve the issue can give us the version of the browser you are using as well as a video recording of the issue if possible.

Hi, normally we didn't had any issues with using the numpad for adding numbers in prismic documents. But just recently this became an issue. We can not use the numpad for adding numbers in prismic documents. I've tried different kind of browsers (Chrome and Safari)
Chrome version; Versie 113.0.5672.63 (Officiële build) (x86_64)
Safari version: Versie 16.4.1 (17615.1.26.101.10, 17615)

Is this still an issue and is there a solution available?
