How to contact support about billing? Or in fact anything else about our account ( stuff which cannot be public ).
Seems that we were charged quite high amount without much info about it. And it seems that we are on higher plan than we need currently. I am not sure why we were migrated, don't see much messaging about it and I cannot see the usage in the dashboard to check whats up ( possibly we passed some limits, but we went from 30$ to 750$ in two months which is quite a bit ).
Additionally i would like to change our plan to smaller one, but it doesn't seem to be an option in dashboard. Am i missing something? Is it only account owner maybe?
