Image not uploading

Hi,

I would like to upload some new pictures for my website but the uploading is stuck at 0%... it's a basic png 11.5 Mo.

I logged out and log in but nothing changed, I tried directly from a page rather than the media library...

Can you help us please ?

Hello @thibaut

The maximum image size is 10MB. Please find more detail in this article. Note that Images are all managed in Prismic's built-in Media Library and automatically compressed, formatted, and optimized.
