Migration release publish stuck (not working)

On the migration release page, when we click on the "Publish this release now" button, nothing seems to happen.

We've tried several times, and publication doesn't seem to take place, the documents aren't published (the progress message is blocked at 0%).

Is this normal? What can we do to unblock the situation?

What steps have you taken to resolve this issue already?

We can publish document one by one by using the builder page and click on "Publish". But the issue is the same when we select several documents in the migration release page and click on "Publish this release now".

Nothing happen: "background task" seems stuck

We are unable to delete Archived Documents in the Prismic Editor:
after archiving, we attempt to delete old projects, but the log continues to report 0% deletion.
What can the error be?
we are looking to clean slate in the repository

Thank you for looking into this, Phil.

I had this issue with a few other repositories, but it seems to have resolved itself.

Now, the only repository where I'm still encountering this problem is lifestage.prismic.io.

We require all (5 total) archived documents to be deleted from this repository.

Could the all archived documents (as shown below) from https://lifestage.prismic.io/ be deleted for us? This would unblock us for now.
