My media library is not allowing new uploads

problem has been resolved

the problem is back, can someone please assist?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you please share with us the repository name that you are using to be able to investigate the issue?

Looking forward to your reply,
Fares.

Hey! have the same issue. Can not upload any image. When I try to do it I see empty placeholder for preview and not able to save changes exosfinancial.prismic.io

We are running into the same issues on exclusiveresorts.prismic.io.
Seeing React errors in devtools console in case it's helpful.

It looks like image fields that have:

"config": {
    "constraint": {
    "width": "auto",
    "height": "auto"
},

are showing errors for the width and height values. It says they should be a number value instead of the string "auto". Hope this helps!

We also have this problem at https://vasseneca.prismic.io/

We also have the same problem. https://wagec.prismic.io/

Hi Everyone,

I've passed this issue to the devs and I'll get back to you as soon as I have more information.

Thanks.

OK, I can see there was an issue over the weekend, but apparently it's been resolved. Can you confirm?

Thanks.

Starting this morning, our editor is unable to add images to slices in our dashboard for documents. This is true across our sites.

When we click to select an image, and then select an image, the image does not appear into the slice. The Alt text DOES get added. When we attempt to crop the image, the crop tool pops up and then disappears. When we attempt to save the document, we get 'Error saving, please try again' on the Save button.

When we navigate away and the changes diff appears, it shows that we've not made any changes.

Please advise, thank you!

Edit: Error that appears when attempting to crop the image:

Having the same issue, this is what is shown when I try to save the document after adding a new image.

Also having the same issue. Noticed it started around 1:30 pm CDT. Only happening in one of three repos right now, but happens with all image fields across all document types.

Also having the same issue. I reached out to support almost 8 hours ago and it's still an issue.

Same. Can't upload my blogs. Getting a "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404"

Me too! Please fix this as soon as possible! Do you guys not QA features when you push updates to prismic :frowning:

Yep - we are experiencing the same issues. It's basically a show stopper for us publishing anything at the moment.

This was identified and fixed on Saturday, can everyone confirm?
