A customer of ours is experiencing this same issue. We tried resetting the passwords to the emails as well, but we dont receive any email for resetting it. Can anybody help me with this issue?

carey.best@wheels.com is also receiving the same "Please verify your email" message, but no email is received. Carey tried posting on the board here, but received the error "Sorry, there was an error while trying to authorize your account with oidc. Please try again."
He has checked his spam folder.
