I noticed that you just updated your auth system to Auth0. This is great, but when I entered my login details, I get to the "Please verify your email" screen, but an email never came. When I try to log in, I automatically get to this screen, so there is no way to resend the email.
Worth noting is that I also tried to restart my password, but this doesn't work as well
We have an email delivered to your email address (if it's the same as the one you're using on the forum) on 2025/05/21 5:20am, if you can have a look at your spam/junk folder Let us know if you find it.
It still comes up with this error. The email I am having trouble logging in with is henry@focusband.com (not support@neuphoria.io this was a seperate account to able to connect up to this chat)
Hello guys!
Facing the same issue "Please verify your email" screen, but an email never came during the login for account marketing@estournel.com. Please fix today if possible.
I was also not able to login here to the community page with marketing@estournel.com creds with that error below:
I've had a look, and your inbox seems to be quarantining our emails. Altospam indicates that this recipient (your address) does not accept bulk emails. Could you have a look in your settings to try and change that/allow our emails to reach you?
I have the same problem here. The support of my e-mail provider says that they need the senders email to put it on a whitelist and can you have a look on the coresponding e-mail admin@zeit-fuer-dich-yoga.ch and provide me with the response protocoll?
Hey, a client of mine is running into the same issue. They've tried triggering the verification multiple times but nothing is coming through, and they've checked their junk / spam folders too. Their email address is: website@forever-kind.com
We tried sending a verification email to admin@zeit-fuer-dich-yoga.ch, but it couldn’t be delivered. It looks like your email provider or server is blocking the message before it arrives.
You may want to check with whoever manages your email (IT or hosting company) and ask them to make sure your email server can receive messages from no-reply@prismic.io.
