Prismic Webhook

Hi,
I have a prismic+gatsby site and I have a problem with webhook.
I am understand prismic site setup, but server side is not clear for me.
Can you explain how is working on server side?
I read doc: Webhooks - Documentation - Prismic but is not 100% clear for me.
I need only data refresh same as local command: curl -X POST http://localhost:8000/__refresh

Hey @rezso.dubiczki, what action do you need your webhooks to do?
The list of triggers indicates the cases for which a call is triggered
