Q: Have I been charged more than the price of the plan?

This happens when the repository's bandwidth consumption over the past month has exceeded the bandwidth provided in your plan. Visit your repository's Settings > Usage Dashboard to see the details of your CDN consumption. (See our pricing page for details).

The details should appear on your invoice as Bandwidth (per gigabyte).

pro-rated case

The difference between a plan's price and the total amount in your invoice is due to how the plan's billing system works. We generate the first invoice after a plan upgrade for more than 30 days. On the invoice, you will find two separate charges:

  • A pro-rated time charge for the month you purchased the subscription plan until the renewal date.
  • A regular charge from one month to the next month.
