Rich Text Editor Repo Display in Page Builder

Why is my rich text editor so minimal in my repo? How do i get it to look like the example in this blog instance?

right now its just a small line, and i have to use the "/" command to see anything. My content editors are very limited and this "new" version is insanely confusing for them.

The image you see here is in documentation showing the legacy editor this needs to be updated.

You can find the same formatting options by highlighting your text as seen here:

I appreciate your feedback for the new design and I've passed this to the page builder team to take into consideration.
