Web hook keeps turning itself off automatically

Hi there,
Some of our webhooks keep turning themselves off after we turn them on. Tried to contact someone on the chat but they asked us to post here. Can't really post the log here since it has sensitive data. Who can I talk to?

Hey @itinvoices,

After five failed attempts, the webhook disables itself automatically. Does your endpoint expect something in the header? If so, you can specify the header option in the config.
