There seems to be an issue with webhooks not remembering their state.
When I have a webhook on and I want to turn it off, I click the button, it says it is off. I click to my writing room, then back to webhooks and they are still on and firing.
Same in reverse, if I have something off and try to switch it on it doesn't work.

In fact, there is a related issue that is already in the work.
If you are a developer on this project, can you please check your browser console logs for any errors when you toggle the activate/deactivate switch?
It would be also useful if you can provide the name of the repository your are using.
