Here is how you can update your credit card information if it has expired or is about to expire.

Only the repository owner can change credit card details. If you need access to these settings, you must ask the owner to transfer the ownership of the repository.

  1. On the Prismic dashboard, open the repository to update
  2. Go to Settings > Plans & Billing.
  3. Scroll down the page and click the Update Billing information button.
  4. Take the occasion to review and update the billing address details on the invoices if necessary.

If you transfer the ownership of a repository, we will remove the configured credit card for privacy reasons. Therefore the new owner will need to update the credit card information and inform us when it's done.
