The search filter doesn't allow for partial words. For example: if I have a page named "Programs" and I search for "prog", nothing shows up. It would be nice to have the results in a more compact layout—maybe without the huge image—with the ability to select a page with the keyboard.

We are aware of the search issue in the document list. And Search needs an improvement. I have discussed this before in this thread with workarounds of Search. It may be helpful for you.
