How do content editors access their dashboards?

Hi,
I'm new to Prismic. I have a question about how a content editor accesses the prismic dashboard to edit content in production. I want to build a small project for a friend. After reviewing the plans, I believe that the free plan is sufficient. Since in the free plan I have only 1 user, my friend whose the content editor will be the administrator or repository owner, correct? So, when I want to create the repository for my friend's project, I should create the repository with their email, right?

If the previous questions are correct, when they sign in with their email, they will be navigated to the following dashboard (Screenshot by Lightshot) then they should click on their repository or project to be navigated to the editor (Screenshot by Lightshot), Is there a more user-friendly way for non-technical people to access the editor directly, or should I share a link like Prismic with them?

That's correct, on the free plan, the sole user of the repository will be administrator and repository owner. You can either create the repository with their email, or you can set it up on your end, and then transfer ownership to them (in Settings > Users).

You can absolutely share the link to the Prismic repository directly. That way when they sign in, they'll already be where they need to be :slight_smile:
