Incorrect user shown as responsible or archiving document

We are encountering an issue where it the user responsible for publishing a document is shown as the user who archives a document. The correct day is displayed, but the user is not correct.

This means we cannot correctly track who is accountable for publishing/archiving documents in our workflow.

Thanks for the feedback, @jgunderson. At the moment, this is the expected behavior of the arrive action, but I'll add this as a feature request.
