I have been trying to find a way to automate pushing the changes that I have made locally to my Prismic repository. Is there any way that this can be done through Prismic CLI or is there any other way? Any answer is appreciated

Thanks for reaching out to us.
That can be a remarkable feature of the Slice machine, but pushing slices is impossible with the CLI. For the moment, you need to push the slice through the Slice builder. I have added this feature as a feature request so my product team can have a look.
The current functionality of the latest version of Slice Machine allows you to push slices in bulk as part of Custom Types. So if you have created your Slices, you can go to the Custom Type, select them all in bulk, and send them to Prismic.
