New user gets white page when accessing our repo

Hi all,

We just invited a new member to our team using Prismic.

We sent him an invitation, he signed up to Prismic, we changed his role to PUBLISHER but when he clicks on the repo to get in he gets a blank page.

He logged out & in again to double check there wasn't any issue after changing his role but still getting blank page.

Any clue?

This is unexpected behavior, is it possible that your colleague shares with us a screen recording of what he's seeing, and in a private dm, The URL of your repo?

Hi again,

[Update from private convo] This issue happened while using Edge. And using Chrome fixed the problem.
