Saving Twice Before Publish?

Hi y'all! I'm not sure if this is just me, but I'm in the new page builder, and when I hit Save, Publish remains disabled until I click Save a second time.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this the desired behavior?

This is now fixed on the new builder in production.
