I created a new slice recently that I designed to be usable from three content types.
I've discovered a bug now where the repeatable elements which I added to one content type havent carried over into the slice template that is available for the other two content types within the UIbackend/aka Writers Room.
I've now noticed that the Slice Library is gone?
What is going on?
Unexpected changes without notification is added considerable stress to our team.

Sorry for the added stress to your team, I'll pass this stress to my team now. We will fix that probably next week. In the meantime, I will advise you to either test the new shared slice feature allowing you to share a slice definition across custom type avoiding copy-pasting model into different custom types or to copy-paste the model of your slice through JSON.
