Labeling the document with some indication of location (uid/ title)
Issue that it solves:
better documentation of location on site, reviewing history

That was just trying to got through browser back history. When trying to refresh a image upload prompt preventing me selecting the image.

I think in the future we could probably include the display name of the documents in the meta title to make seeing the history in the browser clearer. I'll pass this idea on to the product team.
