when I switch from page in locale ="fr-ca" to builder legacy the page come under another locale as shown in the 2 screenshots below.

Thanks @loudmu . We've been able to reproduce the bug and have created a work item to fix it. However, it hasn't been prioritised yet so I don't have an estimate on when this will be done. If you like I can disable the Page Builder for you until this has been done.
