Can't save slices

Hi there!

When I try to save my slices to prismic, I get the following error:

[slice-machine] [slice/push] An error occurred while purging slice folder - please contact support

I also see the following HTTP error:

[slice-machine] [Refresh token]: Internal error :  Error [ERR_TLS_CERT_ALTNAME_INVALID]: Hostname/IP does not match certificate's altnames: Host: user.internal-prismic.io. is not in the cert's altnames: DNS:*.execute-api.us-east-1.amazonaws.com, DNS:*.execute-api.us-east-1.vpce.amazonaws.com

Any ideas?

Hi @sheppard.austin ,

I'm Fares from the Support team, we have tested it on our side, and seems to work fine.

Would be possible that you are using some sort of firewall that is black listing Prismic domain such as *. prismic.io?

Thanks Fares, it was my VPN that was causing issues.

Thanks, @sheppard.austin, for letting us know; what did you end up doing? Deactivate the VPN or whitelisting http://user.internal-prismic.io?

Deactivated the vpn. It's a work vpn so I can't change any setting
