Import/Export tool does now work, but it was working 1 hour ago

I'm trying to put only one document, and it is like that for last 2 hours
and also back in the days, the only limit was 200 documents at same time for import, 10 uploads per hour, seems too low in my opinion, if it really has now such limitation :(
