The ability to tag Media Library items - Images and Documents - in order to form collections, as per Prismic Documents, and allow users to group items for better long-term organisation within the Media Library.
This would prevent a very cluttered Media Library in the medium/long-term making them hard to find when needed.

I almost thought I found a media tagging workaround this morning. I thought that I could manually add a tag in the "private notes" field (ex: #logo) but searching the media library for #logo returns anywhere that has the word "logo" in it (frustratingly, no hashtag required), so anything with the word "logo" in it (say, an image with a logo overlay) gets returned in the search. It's a bummer that there's no way to search more precisely/literally. Close, but no cigar!
Tags are now available for all repos using the new Page Builder
